Sangeeta Jindal stays with her joint family of 13 to 14 members in Pune. Belonging to the Agarwal community, she had to go through several restrictions while making career choices. She wasn’t allowed to work outside and had to prioritize her family in any situation. All the barriers caused her to lose the confidence to do anything. But Jindal was passionate about doing something of her own. Following her interest in tailoring and fashion designing, she joined the fashion designing program of the GTT Foundation. 

Jindal excelled in making different types of bags in the training drive. She attentively participated in the training sessions. Jindal roughly earns Rs. 1,500 per month. Jindal regained her confidence through attaining professional-level guidance in the training program of the GTT Foundation. She now supports her husband in the financial terms of their family.
