Isha Barathe has been facing mental issues since her childhood. She is a very slow learner and finds it difficult to understand things easily. Due to this reason, she had to stop studying after 7^th standard. Isha lives with her mother and sister. Her father, unfortunately, passed away a few years back putting the family in poverty. Her mother works as a housekeeper in other houses and somehow manages the family finances.

Isha’s aunt suggested her to get enrolled in the Fashion Design Course by the GTT Foundation and learn stitching at a professional level. She joined the classes and attained sewing knowledge. Isha now manages to earn 200-300 rupees per stitched piece which is a great support to her family.
